I can also confirm that the E-Manage works perfectly and does control timing. You have to use newest software and make sure you wire it in properly is all.

I have been installing the E-Manage and have had no problems. THere are a few tricks you have to remember but otherwise it works like a charm. I use them on the turbo kits I build for the regular Protoge as well since I can us ethe boost sensor to map it properly for off boost and on boost.
