i just mounted the yakima setup on my 07 touring, i just cut the bolts down so they would fit no issues or you could always buy shorter bolts sunroof clears long trays when mounted just inside the rack mounts. will need to add some spacer to lift a tray mounted in the middle of the rack. will be...
