Diy I had similar issues with my dealership (CASEY IN NN,VA) also and they even made extra holes in the bumper by using longer screws to mount actual plate?!? That makes 4!! And the worse part is their doing it on ALL the cars! So Buyers beware.... Went back and showed said holes and people...
