Pics of my tint job and hubcaps

Looks sharp... and wow, those covers look great! Are they 16" or 17"? How much did they charge you for them from the dealer?

Mazda5 Interior / Cargo Flexibility Photos

I picked up a little minibike for my son the other day (Suzuki DRZ70). It fit great in the back, I even strapped it down (ever so gently) to the plastic cargo hooks. I could have probably fit it with the middle row up as well...

    Snow Tires Mazda5

Excellent advice... even cheap snow tires will make a world of difference. I see you're in Richmond Hill, check out Extreme wheel and tire on Yonge, just north of Elgin Mills, I've had good luck with them in the past and they know their stuff. I've got the Gislaveds on my 5 and I like them. John

    Winter Tire Question

I too would call around to some local independent tire shops and get some prices. Make sure you ask for and get hub centric steel wheels, as they fit much better and are less prone to vibration. Ive used Toyo G-02's on my civic and Gislaveds on my 5 and I've liked both of them. FWIW, Tire rack...

    DVD Headrest

Well, I'll tell you what I did to stop the rattle, do this at your own risk... I assume you used the bigger post sleeves that slide on over the headrest posts. I removed my headrest, pushed the post sleeve up firmly against the headrest and then tightly wrapped some electrical tape around the...

    DVD Headrest

Tell me about it... makes me wish I bought'em last year when our dollar was at par.

    DVD Headrest

There is another external input, but I have not used it yet, it's a female 1/8" headphone style plug. I dont know if it's Video only, or Audio and Video combined. I assume I'd have to buy some sort of adapter cable to make it work with an external source. EDIT- actually, I think that plug may be...

    DVD Headrest

nehvada, go back and re-read post 48. These units have only ONE rca audio input. I bought the 9" ones, they have 7" as well. The two 9" units were about $330 us.

    DVD Headrest

In this situation, there is no connection to the head unit. I know I can wire it to the stock head unit through the AUX in, but for me it is unnecessary, the FM transmitter and the built in speakers work well enough for my child's cartoons :) I only connected the two all-in-one units together so...

    DVD Headrest

These are all-in-one units with the dvd player built in. Each unit has the following I/O connections: Output: 1 video (yellow) and 2 audio rca connectors (red and white) Input: 1 Video (yellow) and 1 audio rca connector (red) As far as audio connection, I find the built in FM modulator works...

    DVD Headrest

I know, it's kinda strange... what I did was use a RCA Y adapter to bring the two audio outs down to one. The only down side is that the audio going in to the other headrest is now mono, no big deal I suppose. Something like this is perfect:

    DVD Headrest

So I finally pulled the trigger and ordered the 9" dvd headrests from MP3playerstore. I bought them through Ebay and they arrived within a few days. I installed them the same night I recieved them, I really took my time with the install and I was still done in less than 2 hours. All in all, a...
