The door does seem to be opening and closing in accord with the passenger door. I guess I'll just keep an eye on it.

My door got caught by the wind today as i opened it (wind is gusting around 50mph id say.) It made a light popping noise at the end of the swing. Visually I cant see anything bent or broken. The stops look find and the bar that it swings on doesnt look bent or any different from the passenger...
