This is what I'm dealing with. Front of car broken grill

I recently bumped the front of my Mazda Protege5 2003 and the plastic grille broke and damaged a few other things. I seem to have found a cheap replacement (here), but I'm worried that it will not come with the trim on top as someone in (an amazon review) stated. I'll post a picture of my area...
