I don't think so. i don't even have 0 volts at the connector where the spoiler plugs in.

- I check all my fuses and they all seem to be good (Under hood and drivers kick panel) - I also noticed the left license plate bulb does not have 12V, but the right does - I am guessing that left license plate bulb is on the same circuit as the spoiler. What do you guys think? Pinched wire...
