I have an issue with this....and correct me if Im wrong.....If you elect to "not rinse" you risk leaving a dried soap film and the dust/debris on. The secondary purpose for rinsing (next to diluting the soap, again) is to flush the dirt and debris off the panel. Your not going to get permanent...

Theres actually a lot of truth to that, although 30 days may be a little critical. I dont use Nubas for just that reason, they just dont last long enough.......
