    so i got the turbo and mani off the car and theres a crack from top to bottom and the egr pipe just broke off in my hand clean at the weld. classy thunder.

    12.0 is optimal power 11-11.5 is safe. i tuned to 11.5. Depends on your setup too (wheather you can control timing, what kinda compression, power goals, etc etc)

    Have to replace thunder mani, yet again. Cracked like a mofo. So much for the warranty on these heaps of crap. :(

    Guess im the opposite. My atp has been completely reliable and the forge wouldnt work. tried everything, even new springs and rebuilt it.

    Is it the adjustable one? I had nothing but problems with that thing. Forge said it was my fault but when i put the ATP on there it held boost just fine. My forge would NOT hold boost steady, it would waiver and spike. awful. I even put a note in the guide i made on here about it and that was in '08

    Your better off removing the manifold and the tubo as one assembly. Remove the Fans from the car, I recomend putting cardboard over the radiator so you dont accidentlly puncture it when working in there, its tight.
