I don't really have the tools necessary to do a good job on that. The 52mm units are not fabbed pieces; they are injection molded, so making one for a different size gauge could take some work. Also, I'd have to have a 60 mm gauge to size it and I don't have one that size. If you have a 60 mm...

The price on therpmstore.com is shipped to your door. The original pricing quoted in this thread at a "group buy" rate was to be ~$35 + S&H, so $39.95 to your door is actually better than that. ;)

You should be able to push it all the way in. Some vehicles are a tighter fit than others. If it pushes back out a bit, you can put some electrical tape around the outer diameter of the pod and reinstall it. That will give the hole in the dash something to "bite" into when installed. This...

I use "Millenium Silver". It's a Duplicolor I believe, and I get it at Murray's. ;) I get it in the 5 oz spray cans, but it may also be available in brush-on.
