leadfoot, Im looking to upgrade on my M3 GT (not speed). Did you replace the amp in the Bose system? If not, did the new components sound much better? It seems to me that you have received good results. Im really trying to avoid buying a new amp, at least right now. Kinda short on funds.

meical, so are you suggesting I just replace the amp first? I dont know if I can swing a $300 5-channel amp right now. Unless you have any decent cheap suggestions.
