well, i ordered to mufflers yesterday, and i am probably going to go to the exhaust shop and have them make me a couple pipes. I got under there and looked and realized i had a lot more room than what i thought.

i was getting like 19-20 mpg, that kinda freaked me out, since i had an srt that was getting upwards of 25 all the time and usually over 30 on long road trips. it is starting to get better now, looking like around 24 mpg so that is good, hopefully it will get better.

are you sure it was an '05? i ask cause the blue is supposed to be gone for '05 and they don't have any of the staged upgrades out for the '05's yet, and that H/P figure sure does sound like stage 3?

yeah, there are a lot of big horsepower number srt's out there, i know of a few in the 500 range! That is a lot of power for those cars, stock i can burn out and not move without the assistance of the E-brake, the power can be over whelming if your not ready, but a very fun car none the less...

well what i was thinking of doing was just getting a couple inexpensive mufflers and putting them on the stock pipes. I'm not looking for gains, just want some sound, what concerns me is the angle of the pipes, will it be to much? or will it just look like the supra mufflers, how they come out...

this helps alot, i was wanting to get the silverstars, but all the owners manual said was w5w or something, i am guessing that it is european or asian (the bulb numbers)? Thank you, my only problem is that silverstars are so freaking expensive! Over $18 for one bulb! But they work really well.

has anybody put aftermarket mufflers on their 6i? i just wondered how it came out, i want to put them on mine, but i didn't know if there was to much angle of the pipes?
