Does anyone know or can tell if this car has lowering springs on it? Im thinking no but im not sure.

I know this may just be more of the same but i really need some help before i drop a couple grand on wheels, tires and springs. I want to get the Tenzo Type M wheels in the 18x8 variety but i do not like the look of the spokes sticking out so far with the 45mm offset option. The next step down...
