this just happend to me about 4 months ago just not as bad, its your struts there is not enough pressure to keep the tire on the ground and it causes it to "hop". I replaced mine with kyb struts and skunk2 coilovers, it was well worth it!

I agree with the toyo proxie 4's but there are TERRIBLE in snow youd be better off driving with just rims. Otherwise great tire
