Low Engine Oil Warning Light on new CX-5

I have a 2021 CX9 signature and my low oil light came on at 5000 miles, right before my first oil change and at around 14,000 miles, right before my third oil change. In both cases the oil was just a bit over the bottom whole and in both cases, I put in a quart of oil and that held. This...

CX-60 and CX-80 for Europe (CX-70 and CX-90 for the US)

So is the CX-60 is equivalent to the American CX-50 or the CX-70?

CX-60 and CX-80 for Europe (CX-70 and CX-90 for the US)

You seem rather confident for something that is pure speculation at this point. Can I ask how you know this to be true or are you just speculating?

    2022 CX-5?

Those look like great roads. Remember, I am in America. Now I would not doubt that a full multi-link suspension is better at the certain situations but what I am saying is that Mazda 3 did not take a huge step back with the torsion beam suspension.

    2022 CX-5?

100% agree. I have a 2017 Mazda 3 and also drive a 2021 Mazda 3 2.5T three days a month and honestly, the new Mazda 3 blows the old car out of the water in every aspect. In normal everyday driving, on terrible roads no less, the new car is much, much better. The torsion beam is a non factor.

    2022 CX-5?

But not really wrong. The rumors said Mazda was releasing a SUV called the CX-50 and also something about a new CX-7 (Future Cars: The 2023 Mazda CX-7 Is the Cavalry the Brand Needs). They also mentioned that the new upscale SUV that would be getting the inline 6. We assumed the CX-50 and the...

    2022 CX-5?

No, that entire paragraph is talking about nothing but the CX-50. The full phrase is: "The CX-50 will share its platform with Mazda's latest generation products, CX-30 and Mazda3, with enhanced all-wheel drive (AWD) capabilities and functionality for consumers with outdoor active lifestyles."

    2022 CX-5?

I thought they implied that only the "large" architecture vehicles would get the inline 6. But I am hoping they at least stick in a battery assist to the 2.5 NA vehicle.

    2022 CX-5?

I wonder if the car we saw about 6 months ago in camouflage was the CX-70? The CX-50 looks to be something new. This phrase from Mazda: " functionality for consumers with outdoor active lifestyles." makes me think of a Subaru Crosstrek.

    Mazda CX-50 announced

It is being built in the exact same place and maybe even on the same line. It would be really stupid business to make two completely different vehicles in such a manner.

    2022 CX-5?

It looks like the CX-50 is a new vehicle and will compliment the CX-5. And it is part of the small architecture platform - which suggest no inline 6.

    Mazda CX-50 announced

Wow. So the CX-50 is going to be something different: "In November, Mazda will reveal the CX-50, the next crossover to join its lineup in the U.S. and Canada. The CX-50 will share its platform with Mazda's latest generation products, CX-30 and Mazda3, with enhanced all-wheel drive (AWD)...

    2022 CX-5?

I doubt it. The 2.5 NA has been pretty much the same for years and the 2.5T might have seen a 10 lbs/ft torque bump a white back, but I doubt anybody could feel the difference.

    2023 CX-7

CX-5 sales have not gone down since the CX-30 was released and while there may be overlap, both are selling very well.
