Well it could be a lot of things my friend.. And keep in mind, negligence to fix one thing can often lead to other problems. Nonetheless, i would think to check out things like tie rods(visual inspection), wheel bearings (free hand spin the hub, should sound smooth), struts (visual inspection)...
