like the others said, it works great w/o the cd changer and the only lost funtionality is the CD resume feature. also if there is a CD already in the player and you want to listen to it you need to take it out first.

So i just set one up this weekend and it sounds great but you have to have a line level in otherwise it crackles a lot and buzzes. With the line in my ipod sounds incredable. For those of you that use an ipod, get the the belkin car charger because it has a line level out and a line volume...

So to be clear, you bought the Alpline CD Changer Adapter and the then connected the Aux Input Adapter to the CD Changer Adapter Box

I guess we are now all waiting to find out if the adapters work together...

what model year What model year P5 do you have because on LogJam's website that say only 2003-2004 P5's. So then does anybody know if Mazda changed the stereo after 2002??
