You probably will take both the new and old rim to a tire shop for mounting. Have them switch the TPMS, they should install a "rebuild" kit (new "o" rings).

Up for sale is a set of stock alloy wheels from a 2011 Mazda 3 Hatch. Three are perfect, one has very, very minor rash..not serious and not really noticeable with tires mounted. I've got them on my 2011 MZ3 Hatch. They will not fit your 2013.....the description in the ad is flawed....the 2012 and 2013 models have a slightly larger size.....these lights fit the 10 and 11's perfectly but not so on the 12 and 13's

Why would you buy used when Mazda offers 60 month financing at zero percent? Just bought my 2011 Sport for just about 18k plus the taxes, etc....traded by P5 and also got the 500 dollar owner loyalty incentive. There are new 2011 Mazdas out there on dealer lots.
