I noticed one side is better due to there being some trim cut away to allow the water to run down. But the driver side, the trim is snug, and the bubbling is bad. Makes ya wonder why they killed this model after only 2 years. Hmm...

I think that's for rust PERFORATION. In other words, a friggin hole in your body! Not surface rust.

My 1995 Mazda 323 (which I should have never traded in for the P5!!!) had 280,000 and not a speck of rust. They don't make em like they used to!

Stormtrooper, what excatly did you have to do? Did you take apart the door panel from the inside? I'm over the 3yr/80,000, so Erin Mills won't fix it. Bastards.

I just found some rust developing on the black trim between the rear window and the triangular stationary window. Anyone else? I didn't read all the posts. Is this covered? I got the rust proofing done thru the dealership. Haven't called them yet (Erin Mills.....hate dealing with them!)

bulb burn out rate Hi Rather than start a new thread, I'll stick to this one. I just had my FOURTH headlight go on my 2002 P5. The first one, I did the same thing as blizzard....snapped the &*^@%^ casing. Luckily I got it covered under warranty. ;) But yesterday I notice another one out again...
