check with the laws, some states allow for a medical exemption. you'll need to carry around a letter from your eye doctor (hopefully they'll write you one if don't actually have a condition) that your eyes are very sensitive to light and glare.

here's the update of the test. Hitting the "CD" button did show "EX ....", but there was no audio. I've sent it back, and they told me they will do some tests to fix it, and let me know. So for now, probably just go w/ audiolink...

Hey everyone, just talked to AV Electronic. Their first test didn't work w/ the NAV system. So, they're going to send me one to test on my car (no nav / no bose / no satellite). They said it will use the satellite port. They'll ship it tomorrow, and I'll let everyone know as soon as I can...

No Nav for me either. Thanks GSX, but I looked at their site, and they do mostly navigation stuff. I sent them an email anyway.

Hey everyone...just found this site and it's great so far. Just wondering if there's a simple adapter available for a non bose system to add an aux port. I know about the audio link, but seems like overkill if I won't be using an IPOD. -thanx
