Pix of the new look from Oz

Yes, lots of love (and work) in this car :) I have a (probably insane) relationship with it. After 4 years it is still growing stronger. Engine bay is getting a thorough work-over in the next couple of weeks. THEN there will be a pic worth showing.

Pix of the new look from Oz

Thanks for the (mostly :) ) positive comments. The colours in the pix are not real good. The car is actually "Champagne Silver" which is more brown than grey and the leather is "bamboo" which is more gold than the washed-out night pic shows. Working on that metal stand for the middle...

    AFL games anyone?

Go the Mighty Swans. Good game with the Lions last week, win or lose, a good game. That said, I'm a REAL football fan (soccer....). Parra Power here. Liverpool in the English Premier League Juventus in the Italian Serie A. Netball? My little sister was a model in (many) years past and played...

    SP23 Vs SP20

For me the emphasis in the SP23 is a little different than the SP20. Having driven a SP23 now, it is a smoother, sweeter car than the SP20. IMO the SP20 is a more alive, "fun" car. The SP23 also has the new problem of making a serious sound system upgrade an absolute nightmare, which amounts...

    Fuel differences

Yes, our fuel is crap..... And getting 98 RON is harder and harder where I live, and freaking expensive. Good onya twilight for getting to the bottom of that. All we need now is some Japanese servo's.....:)

    australian plans

In my wheels. The reality for me is that I will use the Finnilec anyway rather than pull the spare out..... They had these rotors there and said same price, less fuss in your rims coz of the spacer issue (hard to explain....)

    australian plans

Well, I'll put a pic up of yesterday's Big Brake installation tonight. Looks "full sick, bro" and has massive stopping power, as it should with HSV twin-spot calipers and 326mm slotted rotors (yes, more than 315mm, Andrew....). The downside is it cost a fair bit more than I had planned/was...

    10 week trip to australia

Don't laugh. I actually have a sign in my street warning people to look out for Kangaroos on the road! The sign is a kangaroo sign but it is actually for wallabies. What are they? Kinda small kangaroos that are nocturnal, and they will come out at night and graze on people's lawns when the...
