    Use wrist wraps.... I got some from http://www.larryscott.com/bio/index.cfm acouple years ago. Not sure if they still make them. Rule of thumb... only use wraps when going REAL HEAVY. If you use them all the time.... you'll find your grip weakening. (UNLESS YOUR MARRIED) ROFL Really works well...

    What are the pros and cons?? Paint isnt supposed to be as durable as powder coating....... Why do I see everyone on the threads painting their wheels, instead of powder coating?? Cost???
