My last plastidip work on this car :)

You connected them to a 12v source without a switch. So they are getting constant electricity.

Quick update. Just made my own custom eyelids with plastidip :). It gives a meaner look to the car and it was basically free.

Did u get the mounting brackets?

Mine does. It has 3 bulbs, One facing the driver, one facing the passenger and one that turns on when the door is opened or from the switch.
