I was just wondering if anyone who has used to window weld has had it last? I've just broken my top (Left) mount and I want to fill the new one in with something to make it a bit better.

Just out of interest (I have no need for an upgrade yet), but would the shop that made your custom install be able to make up an upgrade set now that they have the correct specs?

more than likely it would be 18mm compared to 17. But an easy way to compare would be to use something like the bolt at the bottom of the seatbelt, which is a known factor.

I believe that the streetdreams kit also includes some modifications to the original kit so it fits our aussie cars.

I'd expect you'd have a problem, at the best you'd get your car replaced (depending on policy) in stock condition....

Thats how all insurance companies that i've dealt with have worked as well. coldie - yeah they pay for it too. However I'll warn you that it is all only paid for because of my deal with them, and because if needs be I'm expected to use it for work, even if I have to drive it to Darwin... But...

coldie123: The novated lease deal I have is great. All up I pay approx $22k for the car from brand new (Thats if I pay the residual at the end to buy it). about $12k of that is before tax, so it works out even better. And because it is also my work car (hardly any business time tho) my company...

I'm 26 with the same record. I've got tinting & exhaust listed and they didn't give me a hassle when I originally told them I had extactors (I didn't have the headers but I told them in advance so I didn't have any problems, I changed the exhaust specs later.) I'm paying somewhere around the 500...

Thats nuts! They didn't have a problem with me when I indicated I had al these things already on the car! Mind you, age and driving history can be a bugger.....?

Do all SP20's have the obd-i computer's?? Even the last ones (2003)? Doesn anyone know how to tell??? Its one of the things that are worrying me..
