What have you done to your CX-5 today?

No, because I have removed them before and used anti-seize on the new ones. Nothing else is required to be removed. Finally, they are aftermarket (Rock Auto) but for a Protege5. I found with the Corksport rear bar that using the stock end links meant the arms on the sway were not level so it...

    NB MX-5 Hey, it's Minnie!

I noticed the upper diffuser was pulling away from the bumper cover. I figured the double-sided tape I had used was just old so bought some new 3M black tape yesterday. Removed the upper diffuser, cleaned it up and installed again. No pictures because it was just the same as before. Today I...

What have you done to your CX-5 today?

Installed both new rear sway bar end links that I received yesterday. I'll be keeping an eye on the nuts, I was planning on double-nutting the upper ones (that was the one that fell off) but the Corksport sway tabs are too thick for that.

    NB MX-5 Hey, it's Minnie!

I decided to cut out the opening in the bumper cover to allow airflow through the mesh in the upper diffuser. Got started on that this morning. First thing was to put some tape around the opening for protection against the drill (note: this didn’t completely work but it mostly did): Next was...

What have you done to your CX-5 today?

Changed oil/filter and rotated tires. Since I got home I have noticed some pulsing in the brakes when tapping into them hard. Pulled all the caliper slide pins, they were lubed but the ones with the rubber piece seemed like the rubber had expanded (I'm guessing due to incompatibility with the...

    NB MX-5 Hey, it's Minnie!

Jeff, sorry to disappoint but this is all I bought for her this time. I did spend money but on other material goods. The kind not appropriate for a car forum.

    NB MX-5 Hey, it's Minnie!

Finally back home. Opened my latest purchase: Set of oil pan baffles. Not going to install them any time soon, but now I have them on hand for whenever I have to open the engine.

    NB MX-5 Hey, it's Minnie!

No, you're not. You're not fooling anyone. Just for that, I'm staying another three weeks. 🤪 Don't let it go to your head. Our schedule got changed, and my usual relief decided he wanted to sit out this rotation so they had to find someone else. That's been done so just have to wait it out at...

    NB MX-5 Hey, it's Minnie!

Patience is a virtue. I'm at work now. All I can offer is that my last package is at the house, it'll have to tide you over for another three months.

What have you done to your Miata today?

If those are like the ones on mine, I bought some speed nuts to replace the loose nuts with. Didn't install them before I came back to work though.

What have you done to your Miata today?

Really pretty Bruce. I have three of the same Blipshift shirts. Says, "Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy horsepower and that's kind of the same thing." My Robyn is irritated by that for some reason. So of course I bring it to her attention when I am wearing one.

I understand your thinking, but for me nothing can match the sound of a positive displacement blower under full boost. For anyone not already aware, Blipshift has great shirts covering both cars and motorcycles. I don't know how many I have right now but it's more than a couple.
