In terms of replacing it with another one, the only other "stylish" handle in Mazda dealership is going for aprox $200can (Im in Toronto) and Im not quite sure it would be a wise investment for me today. I don't see any sense in replacing it with another plastic one unless it's going to cost me...

I hope someone here can help....I bought my mazda 3 sport (used) about a month ago and it seems the previous owners dog chewed up the whole plastic handle of the e brake. Does anyone know how i can remove it? I plan to take it off, sandpaper it, paint and put it back on. Thanks in advance.
