Just finished this and the AC works on all fan speeds! Theres no flicker when you switch between any of them either! Ill comment back on this to update whether or not this holds up! :)

Never mind.. answered my own question. It will have a big impact on the alignment since it is forcing/pushing the wheel more forward. Back to buying replacements.

Find out the issue. The tire shop that did the 4 wheel alignment basically didn't do any alignments or they just sucked and didn't know what they were doing... I took it to another shop and they were surprised with how off the specs were on all wheels. They did a proper alignment on all of them...

Thanks for the photos pcb. I finally around to messing with the caliper again and it definitely needs to be replaced now. The adjustment screw feels like its seized in place.. The car has 150,000 miles on it so I guess it was time for that caliper to be replaced.

Nothing on the cam shaft sprockets align to indicate TDC. The closest I can get is aligning the I on the intake cam shaft to the E on the exhaust cam shaft, but the crankshaft appears to be at approximately at 345 degrees, not 360 degrees TDC. The engine still runs... and Im not sure how after...
