Thanks for the reply and yes i am aware of the safty features. No, the vertical adjuster doesnt doesnt work correctly either. If i hold the button it only moves about the amount as if you just tapped the button once.

So the problem is i have the memory positions on my electric driver seat and up till about a month or two ago the seat was working great no issues and then one day i got into the 9 after my wife was driving and went to move back to my memory setting but the back rest only seemed to move a little...

I drove mine about 140 miles a couple times a week and it did great and ive had no issues but ive since moved and no longer have to cummute that far but if it gets the better gas milege i would recomend driving it just based on comfort alone.
