Yeah im fine.... The wife has got a few years worth of mileage out the story. Unfortunately as I crashed the car she has chosen the new car .... Hyundai IX35 diesel. So this will be be the end of me on here & very short lived. Very much enjoyed the CX5 a great drivers car & perfect for outdoors...

Well rolling over 2 weeks now.Smith & Smith has sucessfully broken 2 screens before they even close to my car. I rang the Mazda guy where I live & he did a bit research for me & said they have only got 4 Mazda OEM screens in the country at the moment & I'm on to my 3rd ..... ******* bulls*** !!
Who has put in a android stereo unit with relative success ? & what model / brand are people using .
Most of them seem............. to be plug in and play. And claim to have some sort of Camera & Steering wheel control compatibility.
What are some that work? I'm not in to doing soldering or...
So Rang my Mazda dealer & basicly palmed me off to insurance said its come under "General Wear & Tear". To top if I have to wait 7 working days for the glass to arrive & hope that glass doesn't break completely . Very Average Mazda NZ............
The Cracked Screen
Well.... My 2014 Diesel has a J shaped crack in middle of windscreen . Will be insurance job they originally said I would have use there own glass but it comes with some green tint across the top of it . Said I wanted the same plain glass. They said it will need to be approved by Mazda NZ ...
Up in the snow line in spring fun times . My mates CX5 got wheel over the edge of the muddy track. got to attach the tow eye on the front to correct him .
