How often do you use your "sport" mode?

I just bought my car less than a week ago, and have had fun using the "sport" mode in my Auto M5. I last drove a standard 15 years ago, so it took a bit of time to adjust to "thinking" while I'm driving again. That said, there are times when I just put it back into Auto mode and step on the gas...

    Mazda5 real-world Mileage numbers

K&N Filter for M5? Is this a K&N replacement filter or a new cold air intake? I looked on the K&N website, and they did not list a stock replacement filter available.

    Saved $3800 CDN !

My original point was not that I was able to save $3800 dollars that someone else would not be able to do, but that I saved $3800 over what I would have paid for a fully loaded GT, which is what I would have purchased had I not gotten this deal. All I wanted was a Mazda5 with side airbags, Auto...

    Saved $3800 CDN !

I calculated the GS with AC and auto msrp to be 22,095CDN, add $1390 freight and PDI, PST and GST and you are up to $26772CDN. Add up all the nickel and dimes the dealers charge and the gov't levies and the price creeps up to close to 28,000CDN. Your mileage may vary depending on how good of a...

    Saved $3800 CDN !

Because my car wasn't brand new, the bill of sale just says 23,859.65CDN for the vehicle price, didn't have to pay the used car "registration" (395$), Air Care fee ($48), tire or A/C levy (120$), or anything else, PST and GST were 1670.18 each, total 27,200. That's it.

That's a great price you got. Here BC, the 5's are in such short supply that they have to get product shipped from the states (that's how mine got here), and deallers are not willing to budge from the MSRP too much, supply and demand ! I feel I got a good deal because all I really wanted was a 5...

Yes, it has the 17" rims, although I would have been happier with the 16" that come with the base GS model here in Canada, as I read that it will be hard to get the replacement size in the 17".

Took my first test drive nearly a year ago to the day. Previously owned a 94 Dodge Colt wagon (Mitsu Expo). I would have been first in line to buy one a year ago, but was disappointed to find out that the Cdn base models did not have side airbags, even as an option. I have never been one to get...
