Really? Would a boost controller slow the spool, I assume by keeping the wastegate open longer before feeding boost?

So, just to be clear here, and going back to an earlier part in the thread... Is it safe to assume that some forged rods would be of great help, considering that we make so much low down torque? What about a GT series turbo that would simply spool up a little later? I know mazda tested this...
