thank you for your support. how can i troubleshoot this idle speed control.

i have a 95 protege 1.8 automatic and every time i turn on my a/c my rpm drop down from 800 to 600 and my engine start rattle. i check my timing and is perfect. is there any compensator that when I turn the a/c will keep my rpm in 800 and not let it drop.
