Mine squeaks too, but I don't think its the bolt, it sounds like the seat frame itself or a mounting point. It squeaks as I put the clutch in or let it out. Kind of annoying on a 3 month old car...

Don't worry about the octane, its a Sport. Its got plenty of power for my purposes. If I need a more rip-snorting ride, I'll take my 240Z out for a spin :-)
