I have a slight seat squeak and I found that it's actually the side of the seat rubbing against the center console. I adjusted the seat height slightly and the problem went away.

wow, I never noticed the photo thread on here. I'm shooting with a Canon Rebel XTI and a 50D, lenses include EF-S 17-85 IS, EF 50 1.8, EF 28-135 IS, Tamron 17-50 f2.8, and Sigma 70-300 DG APO. Here's a few shots with the Rebel. I haven't had much time with the 50D yet.

I installed the aftermarket kit with my 08.5 and while the kits don't match the piano black, it does still flow well with the interior. The gloss black shows too many fingerprints imo.

My last car was a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT... and my current baby...

FINISHED!!!..... I still need to fix one of the seems on the carpeting, but overall, it's done and sounds great!

if not for the fact that I was stranded the last time I built a box deleting the spare tire, I would have done the false floor sub. Besides, this one really does not take up that much space at all. It only sticks out about 3 or 4 inches.

Yeah, I built it for a Boston Acoustics 12.5lf sub. It has around 1.5cu. ft. of space (guessing). Sounds good though. I may reshape the top a little to make it more level.

I have only put about 1k miles on my car, but I'm already tearing it up for my system. I thought I'd share some pics of the work in progress. It's still a little rough, but I'm going to smooth it out and carpet it next weekend. What do you guys think?

Meh... its just the metra kit. Nothing special other than that. I hope to get a new head-unit soon that will match the interior lighting a little better. it stands out a little too much at night in my opinion.

I bought a small amp and mounted it under the passenger seat on top of two pieces of MDF about 1"x8" each, and then stapled velcro-tape to the bottom to keep it in place. This allows the amp to sit flat and the floor duct runs under the amp between the mdf mount pieces. there's still a good 1"...

Hey guys, new member with a new car. 08' MS3 Sport! No performance mods, but I did do the stereo system already (Premier 980BT, Premier AMP, Boston Pro 12.5LF Sub, and JL C5 components). I'm working on a fiberglass enclosure that will hopefully be done in a couple of weeks.
