    XelderX's BG FSP Build

Are your LCAs past parallel? We have stiff springs too--650s, and I have heard that is the only way that you can 'get away' with it. Still heard alot more people say that going past parallel is just not the best idea for optimum handling...

    XelderX's BG FSP Build

Nothing like a club that has two spec-civic classes.(rockon) Maybe we could change the name to the HCCA. That would be cool.(rant) I'm sure paying attention to how this plays out; I dont want to move from SpecCivic, spend a lot of money on a diff, flywheel, header and wheels and tires...and...

    XelderX's BG FSP Build

Are your front LCAs parallel now--or past? I'd like to lower our car some more--but I hear that if it is too low, the roll centers go underground, and then the turn-in goes to S#!T.

    Video/Results from Milwaukee 5/31/10

We were at like 98dB last time it was measured...so, yeah it's close. Yes on the springs--and yes on the drivers; that is one of the reasons that we have not really travelled with the car. Once it is sorted locally, it will sort of be automatically sorted for the Bigger Stage (other than...

    Video/Results from Milwaukee 5/31/10

Thank you...Its arguablely the best venue in the midwest--we get a fair number of folks who drive down from the twin-Cities---and that is a whole lot further than SW Michigan (albeit you'll have Chicago to contend with...).

    Video/Results from Milwaukee 5/31/10

Still have some underdamping going on--you can see the car bounce in the videos. Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wre-iHI0NtM My co-driver/owner, Craig is #27. I'm #6. There are three runs in the video--Craig and then me going twice. My best run was not captured, but the last run shown...

I may do that. The 8610-1436 is physically the same as the 8611-1257...and I'm pretty sure those have been used on Proteges...

    Strange OEM rear pad wear

I just did brakes on 2007 6i--55K. Right rear was grinding--inner pad was gone, outer was maybe 25-30% left. Left rear was also more worn on indside pad--but not as bad right rear inside pad.
