Well I took in to a shop today, rather than tryin to figure things out on my own. ...Turns out its the input shaft on the tranny leaking by. ....which explains why the fluid is showing up in that spot. Gonna pretty dam pricey. Thanks for the help.

This probably illustrates it better. The green circle is whats leaking. The "release" cylinder is connected to that big square rubber piece. Right where the rubber is mounted to the trans. is where its leaking. (not sure what its called). It's leaking badly, but I havent seen any change...
