i dont think it is..in 1999 the mercury cougar used the same 2.5 ltr as the svt they also shared the same 2.0 4 cyl platform in their crapy base model cars which was the 2.0 zetec motor..and from recent research on that motor it is far from being the fsde motor it shares diffrent motor...
