I have ordered the Rhino Rack system to mount as stand alones as well. My roof gutters are with a solid plastic strip and no access points. Did you have that as well? If so how did you overcome this? Thanks!

Nice rack system! The question I have is about the gutters. My CX5 has a solid black strip on the gutters, no access points in the plastic. I have a rack system to put on but it requires mounting as you have. Did you encounter this same issue? Thanks!
