I actually drive an MS6; no offense taken. The only reason it sold like ass is that it is a larger car and has to compete with accord/camry as a 'family car'. In most families, both mom and pop have to drive the car and most NA households don't have 2 drivers capable or willing to drive stick...

Again, regarding the heated seats... Was this car a Mazda Canada Demo car? If so it is prolly Euro spec or maybe not exactly as the rest of the CDN cars will be? Since the option sheet does not show heated seats... I'll have to double-check at the dealerrship when the cars show up there to be...

In that interior shot, I see heated seat switches! The CDN spec sheet did not show heated seats as std or optional... Pls confirm, thanks!

Canada is getting white, LED tails, and HIDs - just no silver if I remember correctly.

My dealership has told me the same thing... They are getting (3) a white, black, and red one in the month of July (June production), and another three in the same colours in the month of August or early Sept. (July production)

In that dash pic, I can identify 3 buttons; AFS and DSC and RVM... AFS is the cool turning headlight system, DSC is stability control, but what the hell is RVM?

I just googled it myself, it was the late 90's and it was the 323F in Europe. Wedge shaped up front. A car I saw over there and wished we'd have gotten over here at the time. Too bad the 2010 doesn't look more like that one. That was a cool car, IMHO.

I agree that the carryover of the drivetrain will/should yield similar power in terms of acceleration, etc. However, my impressions of the 2010 m3 compared to the previous model m3 was that the newer one felt more solid in terms of torsional rigidity and the overall feel of quality in the cabin...

Why are so many people saying it looks like a Matrix. The only thing in common is that they are both 5-doors or 4-door hatches with very vertical back ends. With that in common, there is bound to be a similarity in how they both look overall. So what if it looks similar to a Matrix; that one...

Also, here in Canada there will be only four available colours... Velocity Red Black Mica Celestial Blue Crystal White Pearl Unfortunately for us in the north, one feature we do not get that is available in other markets are heated seats.
