i live in ontario and hear we have runing lights. How can i get rid of them but still have high beams .....

car is bone stock i tried useing a diffrent key same thing all my llights work car seams normal other then it wornt turn over i ckecked ther batery turmanls they were tight and clean would resting the ecu help if so how would i go about doin that?

Got up this morning went to start my car and what do you know its dead tride to boost it did nuttin the battery is not old changed it out about 6 months ago anyone have any suggestions on what i could do be for i take it to mazda???
