    2001 Protege 2.0 random misfire - symptoms

    My 01 was doing most of what everyone elses was doing. My coils were intermittently failing, replaced them with autozone $26 ones.     ES factory fog light question?

    Is changing the ES fog lights similar to the P5? Remove the fender skirt, under bumper plastic? Pictures would be great for reference, but any info would be great.

    Need Assistance: What sensor is this?

    I'm throwing a P0300 misfire code, this sensor is clicking (energizing?) for a couple of seconds every once in a while; then it stops. What is it and how is it suppost to work?
