Way to mute beep on radio seek?

2018 cx-9. Is there a way to mute the loud beep when you seek a new radio station? On long drives my kids are sleeping and I'm listening on 5 but the beep is about a 100, waking them up. I don't even know what the stations are 4 hours away, so I can't favorite them in advance. And I can't get my phone's Bluetooth to recognize the car, or vice versa. Just gave up trying to play music from my phone. Any help appreciated!
