Off Topic The Fitness Thread

My path continues. Currently 230# BW, 5'10.75" height. Considering a cut at this point. Strength is decent for someone who doesn't compete, etc. and has a fulltime job not involving fitness.


My current goal is a 225# strict OHP, at 195# presently for this lift.

A cut? What's that mean?

Obviously, you know what you're doing, but no spotter?
 
I just had my annual physical yesterday and I'm in great shape! Excellent is the term my doc used.

I'm in my mid 60's but the doc says that physically I'm 45. Oh yeah!!!!!
 
Same thing as the last time he posted vids. The racks have safeties built into them that will catch the bar if he fails a lift.

I rewatched the vids, I see the safety bars in place. (y)
 
LOL I'll remember next time. Next question...is that YOUR gym?
