Sprucing up my CX5

Hi all, I'm a new used 2016 CX5 owner and new to Mazda's entirely. I came across this 2017 Forbes article detailing how the owner did small inexpensive updates that really spruced up his Touring. I'm wondering if any of you could recommend reliable sellers for these kinds of parts (fog lamp frames, cargo covers, bumper covers, etc.) as there are many sellers and they don't all look reliable. Thanks very much.

I suggest generally sticking with Amazon and eBay. I'll sometimes make smaller purchases through Paypal with smaller third party sellers. With eBay especially, always review seller feedback. Amazon is the 800 pound gorilla of eCommerce and really is the "everything" store. One other factor to consider is the return policy. Amazon has one of the best return policies and customer support out there. With eBay, unless it's not as described or damaged, it's not going back unless it's on your dime and the seller accepts returns.

From the article I see the following

exterior:
fog lamps trim in the front
exhaust outlets in the rear
rear bumper sill protector kit
replacement billet grille

interior
Katskin seats: https://katzkin.com/choose-your-design/
chromed plastic center console gear shift surround
two chromed plastic HVAC vent surrounds
chromed plastic center stack display surround
an aftermarket retractable cargo cover

Mazda all-weather floor mats
cargo mat

I suggest taking a look at the knowledge sharing document for all these items and more ideas.

@Chocolate is correct Amazon and eBay will be top contenders (I think eBay is gonna be a bit better for most of these items because they are basically Chinese drop shippers).

However if you don't mind waiting (3+ weeks) then order directly from China. I personally have used www.aliexpress.com for 5+ years easy. You set up and account, they verify your information, there are several payment options. You "buy" an item; or basically promise to pay. The seller ships the item (often free because China subsidizes shipping) and then you wait. Tracking is basically your item shipped. There is a count down timer; if the item does not get delivered by the expiration of that count down timer, you simply open a claim and the seller either sends a new one or you get a refund. Your item comes but not as expected open a claim, the seller fixes it or they don't get paid by Aliexpress. The most expensive item I have ordered was ~$100.00 (for my motorcycle) after making several $1, $2, $7, $15 purchases to test the process. Overall I have been happy with the vendors and the selling platform.

recent orders for me include:
