OEM Foglight Install (help and questions)

I have an 07 mazda 3 2.0l. I'm wanting to install OEM fog lights which i have to install and purchase. I have the inserts in the bumber.. would this mean my wiring harness would already be near by? considering my fuse box has a slot for the fog light accessory? what about the switch? should i just run my own switch to the dash or is their another cleaner way going about this. im considering going to an HID but i want to inquire about the harness being their or not.

EDIT: okay so i got a fog light assy from Spyder which is a complete master install. now the directions from what ive read are pretty retarded. where would be a good place to find wiring diagrams for these bad boys
