Losing power and rough idling

I have a Mazda Familia zl 1999 model and I'm losing power and have a very rough idle. I can't find the problem.

I have changed:
Fuel pump
Spark plugs
Air flow sensor
Cam shaft sensor
Crank shaft sensor
Cleaned the throttle body

But still can't drive up a common hill without speeding.

Any help would be great, thanks!

Did you change your in-tank fuel filter? How about the timing? When was the last time you changed your timing belt?
