I have a new issue with my Ipod Touch 128gb no longer working in my 2018 CX-5. Never had a problem and now suddenly when connected it will show that it is loading music but never completes the process. It also sometimes shows that it is stuck on repeat (this is all on the car infotainment system- the Ipod itself works fine). An older Ipod Nano of mine works with no issues. I have followed up with the dealership and Apple and they both keep passing the buck. Someone suggested the size of the Ipod might be the issue but it's not even half full of tunes. Have tried other ipod cords-doesn't seem to help.
Any ideas gratefully received. It's driving me batty. Ta!
