thanks so much to my dealership (Signature Mazda) for replacing a Nav SD card, came with the car bought brand new, in my 2017 CX-5 GT AWD, today.
all the freezing, rebooting, and lagging issues in Infotainment unit were all gone, after the new Nav SD card, works like a brand new Infotainment unit, fast and smooth.
