I have just bought a CX-5 sportnav 2017 2.0 petrol model mileage 25000 from a mazda main dealer the istop function does not operate, dealer says this can be normal and may not work for sometime? I have found the screen with istop not ready "battery icon, it's not blue highlight". Looked on Google and followed suggestions for reset (get istop light to flash green 10 mins etc. Wait for it to stop flashing turn off, restart, go for drive and so on). I have tried this with no success. The battery is an original Mazda make and reading 13 volts fully charged because I have charged it although I don't think battery was low.
Any advice would be very welcome, thanks.
