Help with part number in shift linkage

So... there is a bolt (circled in red), but underneath (next to the CAT), that connects the linkage rod to the shift stick. Parts guy at the dealer couldn't figure out how to find that part.

Is this bolt the same as the 46-133 bolt that is up near the transmission?
If not, what is the part number?

Ordered the B00146134 bolt, even though it isn't listed as part for an 03 P5.
In the mean time I got a 5/16-18 x2 Bolt from Lowe's with a washer and stop nut. Held today over about 20 miles of driving.
